These terms cover the Animax presentation and Animadex at animax.world. They do not govern the game application or transactions outside this informational edition.
1. Purpose and access
The website presents Animax and educational information about its creatures, characteristics, evolutions and skills. Browsing is free and does not require an account. This edition does not provide purchases, sales, payments, withdrawals or transfers of assets. The application and any transactions have their own conditions, which are not defined here.
2. Game information and content
Catalog information may be corrected and updated as the game develops. Images identified as concept artwork are not gameplay captures. The presentation does not promise a release date or the availability of a feature that has not been released.
3. Website use
You may browse the pages and use their search and language controls. Use must respect applicable law and third-party rights, without interfering with the website, exploiting vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in brands, characters, images, text and other content are preserved under applicable law. Access does not transfer ownership or, by itself, authorize commercial use. Permissions and exceptions established by law remain unaffected.
