This notice covers the informational Animax website and Animadex. It does not cover the game applications, WebGL, account creation, Google login, personal inventory, marketplace, payments or AnimaCoin, which are not part of this edition.
1. Browsing data
To deliver pages and protect the service, hosting and security providers process request information such as IP address, time, requested resource and browser information. Security services may sample requests to investigate abusive traffic. This edition does not ask for a name, email, password, identity document or payment details to browse.
2. Country and language preference
On a first visit without a saved language, AWS CloudFront derives an approximate country from the connection IP. The website receives only the country code or no country, not the IP. It does not request GPS or precise location. A matching language is suggested; otherwise English is used. Your manual language choice takes priority and is stored in your browser under animax.locale.v1 in localStorage, not in a cookie. It remains until you change it, clear the website data or the browser removes it.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Technical data is used to deliver requested content, maintain availability, protect against abuse and support language selection. Where personal data is involved, these limited activities rely on legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, considering necessity and visitors' rights. The informational edition does not include personalized advertising or third-party audience tracking. Visiting it is not blanket consent for other uses.
4. Providers and international processing
Amazon Web Services provides hosting, content delivery and traffic protection through services including S3, CloudFront and AWS WAF. Resources are located in the United States and content is distributed through an international network, so technical processing is not exclusively in Brazil. Questions about providers, sharing and international processing can be sent to contact@animax.world. This notice does not certify worldwide legal compliance.
5. Contact and retention
If you email contact@animax.world, your email address, message and technical message data are used to handle and answer your request, not to enroll you in marketing. Do not send passwords, access codes or bank details. Messages are kept as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical records follow service settings and applicable obligations; the AWS WAF request-sampling window is not a promise that every provider record is deleted after three hours. Language storage follows the period described above.
6. Security and younger visitors
The website uses HTTPS, private file storage and traffic protection. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that incidents never occur. This edition does not request age or provide registration. Technical processing can still include younger visitors and must respect their best interests and applicable protections.
7. Your rights
As provided by Brazil's LGPD and other applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability where applicable, withdrawal of consent where used, objection and review of qualifying automated decisions. 8. Updates
This notice displays its effective date. Relevant changes to processing or this notice will be explained clearly. New account, game or payment features require their own privacy information; this notice does not authorize them.
